Boreholes have been drilled in Gamakai, Magama, Timbol, Mabudi, and Sabon-Gida to improve access to water for residents in the beneficiary communities.

The project is intended to bring water sources closer to households, reduce the distance residents travel to obtain water, and improve access to water for domestic needs. Where the water sources are properly maintained and confirmed safe, the intervention can also contribute to improved hygiene and reduced exposure to water-related health risks.
